AHRB are expert in the supply of high-quality cone crusher wear parts. To achieve the very best performance and wear life in each cone crusher application it is important to choose the correct material grade for your cone crusher wear parts: mantle, concave, bowl liner, cone liner, mantle nut, or feed plate.
Austenitic Manganese steel or Mn steel is the go-to material for cone crusher wear parts. It provides an extremely tough and durable wear part with the maximum resistance to shock loading and is widely used in primary, secondary and tertiary cone crushing applications. Due to the tough and ductile nature of this material Mn steel cone liners are chosen by most cone crusher operators. Mn steel is delivered at a hardness of 220-250HV depending on the grade, and during operation will work-harden under a heavy impact or compressive load. Cone crusher applications offer ideal conditions for work-hardening due to the compression crushing action, and in the right conditions the surface can harden up to 600HV (55HRC) to a depth of 15mm.
We can supply cone crusher parts designed for your application, heavy duty application specific liners, increased feed opening concaves, hard facing

We offer cone liners in
Austenitic Manganese Steel / Mn Steel grades:
Cone liners, Bowl liners, mantles, concaves can also be produced with titanium carbide TiC inserts. TiC has a hardness of 560-620HV (60-62HRC). In this process rods of TiC are cast into the wearing surface of the cone liners, this dramatically increases the wear life. Our clients have seen 2 to 4 times the wear life over standard Mn Steel cone liners.
A cone liner or cone mantle, produced in Manganese with Titanium Carbide - Mn13Cr2+TiC, Mn18Cr2+TiC, Mn22Cr2+TiC
M1+TiC, M2+TiC, M3+TiC
Mantles, concaves, bowl liners, torch rings, and mantle nuts are some of the wear parts that can be supplied, along with alloy steel castings including mainframes, upper frames, and countershaft housings.
